Telecom lithium battery backup power solution


To ensure uninterrupted operation of telecom base stations in the event of a mains failure, we provide a robust backup power solution. Our system utilizes 6 pcs 48V600Ah lithium battery  (EV48600-T) connected in parallel. This setup provides up to 60 minutes of reliable backup power for the 25KW system. By keeping power on during an outage, our solution prevents service interruptions, reduces potential financial losses, and provides critical time for power restoration.

Design highlights:



High safety:
All batteries have built-in intelligent BMS, which can monitor the working status of the battery in real time 24 hours.
With over voltage, under voltage, over temperature, low temperature, over current, short circuit, reverse connection and other automatic protection functions to ensure the safety and reliability of battery operation.

Smart monitoring:
The battery with SNMP centralized remote monitoring function, the host can upload all the battery information to the LAN through SNMP, so that customers can remotely monitor the working status of the battery to achieve unattended.
Using RS485 parallel to summarize all the battery data, so that the operational status of the 6 batteries can be viewed at any time on the cabinet door display.


Flexible customization:
Display supports multiple languages.
Modular battery design, supports up to 15 batteries in parallel to expand capacity.


Working Principle:


When the grid is normal, the grid will supply power to the load through the rectifier and charge the battery at the same time.when the grid fails, the battery will supply power to the load.
